while supporting local small businesses.
Recently, I sat down for lunch with Tejal; during
our conversation, she said, “I strive to be a good
and faithful servant of the
hospitality industry. I am
a proud third-generation
hotelier born and raised
in the industry; I wouldn’t
have it any other way.
There is a certain warmth in
hospitality that ignites me
from within, which is why
I try to incorporate it into
everything I do. It brings
out the best in people, and
that is what I love to see in
everyone I come across.”
During the past 12 years,
Tejal has held several
positions in different areas
of the hospitality industry,
such as restaurants and
events planning, hotel
operations, and consulting.
She is grateful for these
experiences while serving
as an Ambassador to the
Southeast Texas Region
of the Asian American
Hotel Owners Association
(AAHOA). The League
City Convention & Visitors
Bureau Advisory Board
and is an active member of the Young Professionals
Advisory Council for League City Regional Chamber
of Commerce.
