CURRENT DATA
A recording system should be established for each unit of production or area/location to
provide a record of agronomic activities undertaken concerning this unit. Current records must be
kept in order to provide a history of production crops and areas.
A registry documentation for example can be comprised of the following dimensions:
• Name of the plot
• Location
• Owner of the plot
• Name of technician or administrator
• Planted area
• Crop and variety used, rotations practiced
• Date of application
