The
Perfect
Diet
for
The
Perfect
Body
By
Phoenix
Rain
For
years
I
suffered
with
disordered
ea&ng
and
everyday
I
would
wake
up,
adamant
that,
“today
I
am
going
to
be
perfect!”.
As
a
professional
fitness
coach
I
was
never
happy
with
what
I
was
doing,
whether
it
be
my
training,
nutri&on
or
even
my
standards
of
work.
I
am
a
born
perfec&onist
and
this
very
characteris&c
was
my
kryptonite.
Aier
years
of
punishing
myself
every
day
for
not
being
the
person
I
saw
inside
my
head,
I
finally
learned
some
very
important
life
lessons
that
I
think
are
relevant
to
every
one
of
us.
Most
importantly
I
learned
to
stop
living
inside
my
head
and
actually
opened
my
eyes
to
real
life.
I
started
to
see
what
was
going
on
around
me,
instead
of
locking
myself
inside
this
mental
prison
I
had
created.
Now
I
have
beaten
my
ea&ng
disorder,
and
my
goal
is
to
help
every
woman
out
there
who
has
ever
woken
up
saying,
“today
I
am
going
to
be
perfect”.
I
now
teach
women
to
enjoy
the
progress
they
make
each
day
and
to
celebrate
the
liTle
wins,
instead
of
dwelling
on
the
imperfec&ons
they
may
see.
Changing
the
psychology
of
my
coaching
has
helped
every
single
one
of
my
clients
develop
through
some
really
tough
challenges
in
their
lives.
Ironically,
lewng
go
of
perfec&on
has
been
the
key
for
all
of
them
in
reaching
both
physical
and
mental
goals.
If
any
of
this
rings
true
to
you,
or
if
you
have
ever
been
through
periods
where
no
maTer
what
you
do,
you
can
never
reach
a
happy
point
with
your
body,
my
advice
is
to
start
with
your
head.
○
Recognize
the
triggers
that
start
anxiety
or
stress.
Ac&vely
make
a
note
of
these
and
you
will
find
that
the
more
you
recognize
them,
the
quicker
you
can
stop
this
from
happening.

○
Focus
on
a
healthy
nutri&on
and
training
plan
but
don’t
punish
yourself
for
not
being
“perfect”.
Once
you
start
to
focus
on
progression
you
will
no&ce
that
your
body
starts
to
develop
very
quickly.
○
Exercise
daily
-‐
even
if
it
is
just
a
walk
or
mobility
training.
Daily

ac&ons
will
spread

all
areas

your
life.
It’s
funny
how
quickly
exercise
goes
from
being
a
chore
to
becoming
a
form
of
medita&on
that
is
good
for
your
body
and
your
soul.

Never
go
to
bed
anxious.
Deal
with
the
things
you
can
sort
out
now
and
make
a
plan
for
the
things
you
can’t.
For
the
worries
that
have
no
solu&on,
put
them
away.

box”
