Mistry Shroff | Bosch present at home: one who introduces her to new experiences, and remains curious, warm, funny, and engaged. However, I also hope my daughter sees the passion with which I pursue my professional goals. Not one or the other. Both.”
That balance defines how she views success today.“ Success now looks like a life that feels integrated, not divided. The work I do in the world and the person I am at home are recognizably the same.”
That view carries into how she manages her time and energy.“ I’ m transparent about my choices, including stepping away when needed. I protect the time that is genuinely mine. That honesty, I’ ve found, actually makes me more effective as a counselor and as a leader.”
On the horizon
Looking ahead, her focus remains on resolving friction before it grows.“ I’ m focused on deepening Bosch’ s capacity to resolve disputes earlier and more creatively. We want to stop them before they become protracted litigation that consumes resources.”
That proactive work depends on tight alignment across the organization.“ It means strengthening internal relationships so that legal is part of the strategic conversation from day one.” Because few disputes are purely domestic, cross-border collaboration remains a priority.“ I want to continue building trusted relationships with international colleagues so we can move quickly.”
She continues to mentor legal professionals from varied backgrounds, noting that the legal field is richer when it reflects the full range of human experience.
Outside of work, family provides a steady, vital counterbalance.“ My spouse, daughter, and I have built a life around the simple things that bring us joy. We cook, travel, swim, and read together. Reading, in particular, is where I slow down and reconnect with the part of myself that is still curious about the world,” Armeen concludes.“ Real presence, at home and at work, doesn’ t just happen. It’ s something you practice.” ■ modern-counsel. com 137
