1. WALL HIP LOCK
Side-on to wall. Drive the side of the raised knee into it; stay tall and keep the belt line level.
Prescription: 3-6 drives + 30 s hold x 3 / side
Purpose: Find and sustain frontal-plane tension

2. WEIGHTED LATERAL STEP-DOWN
Dumbbell opposite stance leg. Lower the free heel slowly without dropping the pelvis or escaping through the trunk.
Prescription: 3 x 6-8 / side; 3 s down
Purpose: Control load eccentrically

3. HIP AIRPLANE
Hinge on one leg, then slowly open and close the pelvis around the stance hip while the foot stays connected.
Prescription: 3 x 4-6 / side
Purpose: Control rotation

4. LOADED STEP-UP TO HIP LOCK
Drive through the box, finish tall over the stance leg, opposite knee forward; pause before lowering.
Prescription: 3 x 5-6 / side
Purpose: Produce force and organise the finish
