When you don’ t want to do something, you will always find a million excuses not to. The movement,‘ Do it anyway’ encourages you to take the excuses you build up and go out and run anyway. If you feel like you are training but getting nowhere, do it anyway. We all have the bad days, we all have the days when the excuses mount higher and higher, but when we do it anyway you never know where the path may take you, for all you know you may have the best run of your life, all because you decided to simply do it anyway.

We have all been there, a cramp in our side, a niggly knee, and your brain is the first one to turn on you with all the thoughts on why you can’ t do this- why you should stop, and and and. We have some good news, we found TikTok creator Ellice who has some really handy methods for changing inputs to your brain through movement while you are running.
Not a word of a lie, we tried these on runs and they work! Funny how tricking your brain can work- but please do not substitute this for clinical pain, always listen to what your body is telling you- this is to combat minor niggles.
