This community is being helped and supported by the various Amabeadibeadi charities. Community Chest of Pietermaritzburg The Community Chest staff recently visited the area, where they helped to distribute blankets to the children donated by Knit-A-Square and food parcels to some of the aging grannies in this destitute community. The objective is to provide hope, practical support and encouragement to the many families facing severe hardships, whilst at the same time teaching them skills to become self-reliant.
