2015 OLD MUTUAL
COMRADES WOMEN SEMINARS
The CMA will be presenting the Old Mutual Comrades Women
Seminars across the country’s five major cities between January
and March. These seminars are aimed at providing technical
and professional support to the ladies participating in this year’s
Ultimate Human Race. A panel of professionals will be on hand
to provide expert advice on a range of relevant topics. The panel
consists of a medical doctor, nutritionist, sports psychologist and
the Comrades Coach.
The seminars are fun and interactive, starting with a hearty
breakfast between 9am and 10am, and then the presentations on
selected topics will begin, followed by a Q&A session. The ladies
are encouraged to ask any question that they need information on.
Cost: R75 per person (breakfast included). Bookings are on a first
come, first served basis and are going fast! Seats are limited to
100 people per venue and bookings are essential.
