 The Absa RUN YOUR CITY DURBAN 10K in July provided fireworks from start to finish , including an SA Women ’ s All-comers Record and the first South African man to break the 28-minute barrier on home soil .
 Runner ’ s High2 : Wet & Wild
 The 2022 Muizenberg Trail took place in wet and wild conditions in early July , with a strong northwesterly win bringing a solid dousing of rain as the runners took on the 21km route through the mountains overlooking False Bay .
