CYCLING LA MARMOTTE Ex JNB from R 27 500 pps Valid from 02 - 09 July 2018 An ideal opportunity to race in one of the most prestigious road cycling race in Europe, La Marmotte Look Granfondo and finish at the top of Alpe Huez. This race is has to be on any keen road cyclist’s bucket list. Starting at Bourg D Oisans, with the first climb at Col du Glandon, one of the most beautiful roads in the French Alps. The climb then meaders up the Col du Telegraphe and then along the famous Col du Galibier and down the Glacier de La Meije with the finish at the top of Alpe dhuez. The 174km, 5180m elevation has 3 majors climbs - a Tour de France classic stage. ITINERARY Sunday, 8 July 2018 - La Marmotte Race day: Monday, 2 July 2018: Race day and overnight at Alpe Dhuez. Arrive at Geneva Airport and transfers to les Saisies Resort. The rest of the afternoon is free. Free morning, drive to Geneva Airport in the afternoon.
