The cut of the design also really impressed me , as it sits on the shoulders perfectly , is loose under the arms – but not too loose – and though short , the way it ‘ hangs ’ on you means you don ’ t notice that . Furthermore , not only is the shirt really soft and silky , it is also super lightweight , and genuinely keeps you cool when you start to get sweaty . Yes , you still sweat , but the shirt never ‘ stuck ’ to me , and airflow got to all the right places while giving me complete freedom of movement . Based on that , I would also wear this shirt on a run .

UA SmartForm Evolution Mid Sports Bra
I have done a few reviews on Under Armour ’ s sport bras , and have always been impressed with the tech they offer . The SmartForm Evolution is nice to look at , with no cumbersome clips to worry about , and thank all that is holy , it does not have removable breast pad cups . Any women who has worn a sports bra will know the struggle of removable breast pads somehow going missing , and even when you find them , you then spend an hour trying to get them back in place ! So , it ’ s a relief when you get the benefit of padding , but without having it go everywhere except where it is supposed to .

Another nice touch is that the area around the chest is a soft material rather than a silicone , so it ’ s a lot more comfy , meaning you can wear it longer without chafe and irritation . Like the name – SmartForm – the bra does mould nicely to your shape , so whether your size curve is small , medium or large , it feels like you are wearing the correct sizing , as if you had bought your normal bra size instead of sports bra . The support is there , without feeling like the bra is holding you in , and it gives you freedom of movement without feeling like you will at any moment fall out .
I also really appreciated how high the cup goes , and never had that feeling of a strap slipping or falling down , nor of the bra shifting and needing to be readjusted while I was exercising . I am on the smaller side , so cannot speak for women who are bigger in that department , but from the design , I would say that most sizes would feel well supported in this bra .

The description on the UA website says that this shoe “ feels like a cloud and fits like a glove . We took our super-springy UA HOVR™ cushioning and put it in a trainer that ’ s built specifically for the female foot .” I honestly couldn ’ t agree more , as this is one of the most comfortable trainers I have ever worn . I have somewhat ‘ difficult feet ,’ in terms of finding just the right fit , but these have really become a favourite in my wardrobe .

The way the shoe supports your arch means that not only is this shoe an absolute win for gym , it is also a fantastic shoe to wear all day . I spent three days walking around in them , doing around 20,000 steps while covering the Soweto Marathon Expo , and while you may say this is not a true test of their training capabilities , it did prove that these shoes are engineered to be as comfortable as possible – but I must stress that these are not running shoes .
In the gym , I found that the arch support made short explosive movements easier , while the great grip of the outer sole meant that exercise drills like mountain climbers , side lunges and jumping jacks could be done with a sense of confidence . The shoe also holds your foot comfortably , but without being restrictive , so while you are working out , your foot does not slide inside the shoe . It is also incredibly light , and this is honestly the best training shoe I own . It is also an extremely pretty shoe , so add it to your Christmas wishlist !
