CAMDEN TOWN
I’d describe the in-store experience as warm, enjoyable and exciting. The music was lively but not too loud and added to the atmosphere, there were so many clothes to look at and everything was well-organised and tidy which is why it was enjoyable. I was excited to look at all the clothes as I could already see that they had been well-picked for the store.
The staff were really kind and willing to explain the exchange policy as well as being ready to answer any questions I may have had about the charity.
The store had both young and older people shopping and people were having fun finding good quality clothes.
I particularly liked the way they had valuable information on labour and sustainability on the walls in big-print as I was able to read them wherever I was, and I found it easier to remember compared to reading one of their leaflets. The only negative was that there were only two changing rooms, so I had to wait a while to try on things.
