One girl's journey to end child slavery
Vivienne also reaches out to the public through media
outlets. She primarily uses her website that tells the
consumer everything they need to know about Vivienne
and her dream, from the products to the impact the
consumer can make (“Impact”). Vivienne also uses a twitter
account that actively catalogs her impact on others.
Viewing it will show many pictures of her with her
supporters (“MAKE A STAND”, p. 1). Recently released is
Vivienne’s documentary, “Stand With Me”, which shows
child slavery around the world and then compares it to
Vivienne and her efforts against child slavery. Using all
these media outlets, Vivienne is enabled to reach a huge
demographic, and the use of media has greatly improved
the awareness of her cause (“#standwithme”, p.2).
Vivienne Harr has used many methods as a way to reach
out and spread awareness about her cause, child
enslavement. Vivienne hopes to reach the goal of ending
child slavery as a whole and with the help of her company
and media outlets, this goal may not be so farfetched.
Vivienne continues to work against child slavery and hopes
to eradicate it completely in ten years, by the time she is
twenty (“Impact”, p.1).
