KidZania Singapore is now in the midst of engaging their key stakeholders -
children from 7 to 12 years of age - for feedback roles. Already in many other
KidZania cities throughout the world, feedback is given by a selected group
of children (less than 20 for each city), who are part of the Congrezz Kids.
This key group of children would have much experience with experiencing
the various establishments and activities in the KidZania City, as indicated
by their Pazzport level.
Industry Partners/ External Organisation
External organisations are also viewed as partners to schools. Organisations
that provide financial assistance to our needy students in terms of
supporting the families meeting daily challenges (pocket money, monthly
groceries, after school support programmes). There are also organisations
that are able to provide an authentic learning experience for our students to
develop values and character such as Lions Home for the old folks etc.
External organisations are chosen by schools for partnering based on the
needs of our students in their best interests.
Industry Partners provide source of funding for KidZania, with the intent of
mind-branding of the ‘customers’ through the activities at the different
establishments for marketing purposes. They provide the expertise in the
job fields such as SPF, SCDF, Elizabeth Hospital etc.
Moreover, KidZania also has a school engagement programme where they
share about the KidZania programme with schools as a form of school
outreach. . KidZania’s content team collaborates closely with industry
partners in coming up with the content at the various establishments. The
environment and resources created are very similar to that of the industry
partners to create a real-life experience for the customers.
