Colour Correction
In makeup, opposite colours cancel
each other out (if you look at the colour
wheel, it ’s the shades found opposite one
another). Most black tattoo ink has hints of
green and blue in it, so you’ll want to start
covering line work with a concealer that
has an orange undertone. Apply it thinly
and just enough to fade out the darkness
of the tattoo. If there are multiple colours
in your tattoo, you’ll need a wide range of
corrective concealers. (As an example, use
green concealer for red.)
