What do you think is your most significant function as a Change Architect? Dhors – We serve as a bridge between management and the employees because not everyone will really understand what’s going on. As Change Architects, we take time to explain to the employees that change will not only benefit the company but the individual employees as well. Thus, it decreases the anxiety, and they get to open themselves to give it a chance. Isidoro – As Change Architects, we should be good leaders. And being good leaders and models for the employees is significant for us to become effective agents of change. What changes do you wish to see in Philex? Rod – When I joined Philex, I already saw that this company is world-class. But no one is willing to implement improvements, willing to inform, and willing to lead. So with this, I wish to see that people will start to embrace change, so that we can all realize that Philex is indeed capable of becoming world-class. Isidoro – I want to see how we can transform our leaders to become more people-oriented and understand their people better. Milton – I am excited to see Philex become world-class. But before we achieve that status, we need to fix the system, the processes, working conditions and working attitude of the people. Boni – As part of the IT, we plan to conduct IT trainings for the managers. THE CA CODE OF CONDUCT 1. One change architect team, One Philex. 2. We start on time, end on time. 3.
