Manny Agcaoili is known as an efficient builder and miner with the
heart and boldness of a champion in the local mining industry. He
helped establish some of the thriving mining groups and triumphed
against the most challenging adversities—environmental and manmade.
He joined the organization on January 15, 2014 as the new Senior Vice
President and Padcal Resident Manager. Under Engr. Agcaoili’s belt is a
wealth of experience.
In Philex Mining Corporation (PMC), he gears up as the organization
heads for bigger and brighter opportunities. With his impressive
background in operations, exploration, development, leadership in
local and international mining companies, change management,
government and media relations, and most specially, rehabilitation,
PMC couldn’t have picked a better man to lead the Operations in
Padcal.
