Put the butter in a pan and add the apple slices with a little sugar and cinnamon. Set the fire very low and let it 'cook' for 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir.

Put the apples in the crust. Make sure to reserve the most beautiful slice for the last.

Three minutes before serving the cake, put some sugar on top of it and put it in the oven for two minutes.
