Ingredients

2 egg yolks

1 bar of chocolate

5 big apples

400 gr. coockies

30 gr butter

one tin

Smash the cookies till there are only small crumbles left. Add the egg yolk. Put this in the tin. Make sure the crust sticks to the walls. Put this in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Peel the apples. Cut them in slices perpendicular to the core so that the core forms flowers in the slices.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or 'au bain marie' and spread it out on the crust and let it solidify.
