1.
Empty
chick
peas
into
a
sieve
and
wash
out
with
cold
water,
place
onto
a
plate
and
mix
the
low
fat
cheese,
tomato
puree,
chilli,
chilli
powder,
and
heat
for
3-‐4mins
sEr
half
way
through.
Step
2.
place
spinach
on
the
dish
and
mix
in
the
walnut
oil
(half
a
cap)
herbs
and
turmeric
and
small
amount
of
vinegar.
Step
3.
Place
the
cooked
chick
peas
on
dish
and
add
the
spring
onion
next
to
the
spinach
and
serve.
