Rest…. Similar to the importance of
sleep resting is important to aid recovery and
decrease psychological diseases such as
depression, stress, anxiety. Take time out
listen to relaxing music, go for a peaceful walk
or some gentle stretching, meditation is a
proven technique or try a Spa day putting the
mind into a state of calm and relaxation should
be practiced daily.
