2) Stress… Not good to have in life …. Or is it?
There are 2 types of stress one which ruins lives
and gets people nowhere such as being in a job you hate
or having relationship problems which constantly
stresses out the mind and can lead to Chronic Stress
(bad stress) Then there is good stress! which will
strengthen lives by getting out of your comfort zones
(stressful) and creating action against preventing the
bad stresses of life and changing any bad habits, for
instance fitness is stressful on our body’s during the
workouts but once we are at rest this has a positive
outcome on our overall health and life and this stress
should be incorporated in to our lives. It is impossible to
live life and not feel stressed, it so important to know
the difference and take control whatever your goal is
and live, love and enjoy life!
