Very important this is considered the most important meal of the day to be eaten within 1 hour of being awake! Why??  It stabilise blood sugar levels, which regulate appetite and energy, people who eat breakfast are less likely to be hungry during the rest of the day  Increases your metabolism to burn food more effectively  Breakfast boosts brain power  Builds a better body, those who skip breakfast have a significant chance of storing fat externally or internally and becoming overweight or obese  Adults and kids who skip breakfast tend to have higher blood cholesterol levels (a risk factor for heart disease) than those who do eat breakfast  Improves digestion with high fibre cereals So next time you decide to skip breakfast please make yourself fully aware of the risk factors of this. If you never eat breakfast, this may feel a challenge at first but don’t worry, you will adapt over time and you will never see yourself skipping breakfast again.
