Section 4.. Be prepared! Leaving the house for a long period of time away from your kitchen, whether it is for work or a day out with family or friends, is a common stage where people go wrong in their diet. By not preparing healthy meals for the occasion and relying on whatever food source they can find on their travels, 9 out of 10 times it leads to a bad diet. It is very important to find time in the morning or the night before to prepare food for your day out. Avoid fast foods, aim for pubs or restaurants with healthy menu choices. If in doubt just ask before purchase if your meal contains high amounts of sugar/ fat/ salt, etc. Vegetarian menus may be the safer option.
