As I started paying attention, as I never had before, to my own health, I also began to pay close attention to that of the people around me, in our country and wider still. Focus is an amazing thing. I could begin to see the patterns that had developed. The speed or pace at which things are done, from making decisions to execut- ing tasks. Previous generations tend to still be using dial-up, while millennials are trying to get things done 10 times fast- er, smarter(more efficient), getting more done with less effort and it is a constant race to set a new pace. Another one that comes to mind is a simplification of tasks, which I guess goes back to time and efficiency.
