Born and raised in Millburn, Dr. Benisch has strong roots in the
community. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from
Northwestern University and DMD degree from the University of
Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey he extended his training
through a general practice residency at JFK Medical Center.
Possessing a strong commitment to quality dentistry, he is an active
member in the Seattle Study Club, North Jersey Dental Study
Group, American Dental Association, Essex County Dental
Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry, from
which he received his Fellowship Award in 2009.
Dr. Benisch, founder and owner of Dental Group of Millburn, is
accompanied by Norman J. Metz DMD. A fellow graduate from
UMDNJ, Dr. Metz opened a private practice after completing his
residency in General Dentistry. An attending physician at
Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, he works with
developmentally disabled adults and mentors residents in the
facility’s clinic. He joined the Dental Group of Millburn in 2007.
