area have been expanding for some time. Back when the pace of
life was slower, Cornell’s Meat Market occupied the spot at
the intersection of Brookside Drive and Old Short Hills Road.
The structure was originally a private home; then it held the
butcher shop, and after that, ownership passed to the Millburn
Township, which used it for its first library.
