Proof of current residence in Florida . Examples of this documentation may include but are not limited to a Florida driver ’ s license or copy of a lease .

Request that your final , official transcripts from high school and all colleges you previously attended be sent to EFSC .
A final , official High School transcript indicating date of graduation , GED transcript or Homeschool Graduation Affidavit ( https :// www . easternflorida . edu / admissions / documents / homechool-graduation-affidavit . pdf ) is required for registration into college courses . Florida public high school transcripts should be sent electronically when possible . If an official transcript must be mailed from your school , request that they be sent to the EFSC campus you consider your primary campus ( https :// www . easternflorida . edu / admissions / contacts . php ). Please note : Financial Aid will not be awarded until the official high school transcript is received and evaluated .
