A central issue introducing ToL is demonstrating how best to blend current sharing practices
in such a way as to advantage several important
national strengths. These strengths are the shared
culture of “Yankee initiative,” the ability to seek
“workarounds,” and the increasing willingness of
Generation Y participants to collaborate, drawing
on multiple address books and social networking.
