4. The foundation presented a $5,000 donation to The Long Road Home riders for their cross-country trip to raise awareness for veteran issues. 5. VUHL
employees did push-ups in support of Sgt. Trevino, who challenged himself to do one million push-ups in one year to raise funds for the Wounded Warrior
Project. 6. The foundation funded Rex the service dog for a military family and their child living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 7. Company employees flex
their muscles after delivering house supplies for the new Ronald McDonald House being built in Columbia, MO. 8. VU employees pose in front of the US
Military All Stars baseball team's tour bus. The foundation sponsored the team and their 2012 season. 9. The VU Foundation purchased thousands of boots
to support the Boot Campaign. One hundred percent of the proceeds go back to military charities. 10. At a recent Lt. Dan Band concert, the foundation
presented a donation to veteran Tyler Huffman to help fund his smart home. 11. VU Foundation members presentated a donation and then participated in the
Tunnel to Towers Run/Walk in New York City. 12. The foundation sponsored the 2012 US Military All Stars baseball team and donated money toward one of
the player's service-related medical needs. 13. VU Foundation visited the Truman VA Hospital and presented the hospital with a $20,000 donation. 14. VUHL
employees donated over 3,600 lbs of food for the Food Bank's Buddy Pack program. The packs go home from school with underprivileged children on Fridays
so they have meals to eat over the weekend. 15. VU Foundation donated money toward training expenses for Paralympic athlete Jeremy Wagner. 16. The VU
Foundation participated in and made a donation toward the Tunnel to Towers Run in New York City.
