The Hurricane of 1938 destroys Apex Tire facility in Providence ; Teknor builds new facility in Pawtucket which remains today ’ s HQ

Jonathan Fain , son of Norman , Jonathan Fain , son of Norman joins company .

Establishes Teknor Color Company and continues growth through plant expansion and portfolio acquisitions
2004
Acquisition of Chem Polymer USA and UK marks expansion into Europe and first production of nylon
