Private Equity, Venture Capital and M & A

We act for a broad range of investors, from prominent early-stage funds to the biggest international venture capital firms to corporate investors and sovereign wealth funds, as well as many successful early and growth stage investee companies across the Middle East. Our specialist depth of experience, having acted for both scaling companies and their investors, enable us to identify and advise on what is important for each business and its stakeholders when raising growth capital or on exit. Our team of lawyers are specialists in working with our clients to drive value, produce consistent and risk averse results while conserving and encouraging the innovation, imagination and dexterity of these transactions.
Our bilingual team of lawyers also serves as counsel on virtually every type of purchase and sale transaction involving public and privately held businesses. These transactions include mergers, stock sales and exchanges, management and leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and dispositions of partnership interests and joint venture interests, acquisitions and dispositions of assets, tender offers, recapitalizations, roll-ups and other business mergers.
What differentiates us from our key competitors is how we combine lawyers with extensive international experience with those who have spent most of their careers in the Middle East, including a team of bilingual lawyers who can and often do make the difference in terms of their technical knowledge of local law, custom and fundamentally – market practice.
