We have a broad based labour and employment practice advising on both contentious and noncontentious employment matters in the UAE ( including the DIFC and ADGM free zones ). We act for both employers and c-suite employees .
Our experience includes advising and drafting employment contracts , employee handbooks , employment policies and procedures , secondment arrangements , consultancy agreements and “ life support ” service contracts . We have advised on all manner of redundancy and disciplinary terminations ( in both the UAE and the DIFC ) and in respect of the enforcement of restrictive covenants born from an employer and employee standpoint .
We have particular experience acting for both manpower and recruitment businesses throughout the MEA region , advising on corporate structuring , contractual arrangements , and all elements of the employment relationship .
