Labour and Employment

We have a broad based labour and employment practice advising on both contentious and noncontentious employment matters in the UAE( including the DIFC and ADGM free zones). We act for both employers and c-suite employees.
Our experience includes advising and drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, employment policies and procedures, secondment arrangements, consultancy agreements and“ life support” service contracts. We have advised on all manner of redundancy and disciplinary terminations( in both the UAE and the DIFC) and in respect of the enforcement of restrictive covenants born from an employer and employee standpoint.
We have particular experience acting for both manpower and recruitment businesses throughout the MEA region, advising on corporate structuring, contractual arrangements, and all elements of the employment relationship.
