CHEFFED is the founder of Sex on the Table (NYC), a cooking school and food line
inspired by aphrodisiacs, and host of special private dining opportunities. This Swiss-born
chef received a Michelin star alongside Chef A. Blockbergen at Auberge du Raisin.
THOMAS MACRINA, CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, is Executive Chef/Product Specialist
Manager for US Foods, Philadelphia. He was elected President of the American Culinary
Federation in 2013 and inducted into the Disciples of Escoffier in 2006.
ERIC NELSON is Executive Chef for Pairings, the Willamette Valley Vineyards restaurant (Turner, OR). Through Colorado’s Keystone Culinary Program, he was able to rotate
through 6 of Keystone’s highly acclaimed restaurants.
JOHN SULEY Associate Vice President, Food and Beverage Operations, Celebrity
Cruises, leads a team of over 3,000 food/beverage professionals. One of his four engagements at the James Beard House includes the first such dinner by a cruise line; he
also helped create the first land-based pop-up restaurant by a cruise line.
