NEW WINDSOR POLICE
Joviel P. Ortiz-Garcia, 32 of New Windsor, was charged Nov.
6 with aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration
and no/expired inspection, unlicensed driver, unregistered motor
vehicle and insurance violation. He was arraigned before town
justice Richard Thorpe, released on $100 cash bail and is due in
town court on Dec. 22.
Curtis E. June, 25, of Cornwall, was charged Nov. 7, with
suspended registration, equipment violation and no or expired
insurance. He was arraigned before Town Justice Noreen
Calderin and is due to return to town court on Dec. 17.
Kristen R. Fields, 29, of Newburgh, was charged Nov. 7, with
aggravated unlicensed operaton of a motor vehicle, speeding
and failure to display registration plate. She was arraigned
before Town Justice Noreen Calderin , released on her own
recognizance and is due to return to town court on Dec. 17.
Felix J. Mendoza, 31, of Newburgh, was charged Nov. 7, with
aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to
obey traffic control device, unregistered motor vehicle and no
or expired insurance. He was arraigned before Town Justice
Noreen Calderin , released on his own recognizance and is due
to return to town court on Dec. 17.
Melissa J. Rivers, 39, of New Windsor was charged Nov. 8
with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unsafe
lane change and no or expired insurance. She was arraigned
before Town Justice Noreen Calderin , released on her own
recognizance and is due to return to town court on Dec. 17.
Christian M. Medina, 23 of Newburgh, was charged Nov. 8
with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and equipment violation. He was arraigned before Town
Justice Noreen Calderin , released on his own recognizance and
is due to return to town court on Dec. 10.
Luscita Sanchez, 47, of Newburgh, was charged Nov. 9 with
petit larceny. She was arraigned before Town Justice Richard
Thorpe and released on $100 bail. She is due back in town court
on Dec. 22.
Monique Lane, 44, of Newburgh, was charged Nov. 9 with
petit larceny. She was arraigned before Town Justice Richard
Thorpe and released on $100 bail. She is due back in town court
on Dec. 22.
Javier Rosas, 46 of Newburgh was charged Nov. 11 on a
bench warrant. He was returned to a third party.
Taj R. Atkins, 27, of New Windsor, was charged Nov. 11 with
aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed
driver, no or expired inspection, and two counts of equipment
violation. He was arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe
and is due back in town court on Dec. 22.
Laura J. Brinkhus, 37, of the Town of Newburgh, was charged
Nov. 11 on a bench warrant. She was released to a third party
and was due to return to town court on Nov. 24.
Aswwipal L. Thompson, 30, of New Windsor, was charged Nov.
13, with criminal contempt first and harassment second. He was
arraigned before Town Justice Richard Thorpe and held in lieu of
$5,000 bail. He was due to return to town court on Nov. 24.
Toni Schiavo-Petscheko, 38, of Washingtonville, was charged
Nov. 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and speeding. She was arraigned before Town Justice Noreen Calderin,
released on her own recognizance and is due to return to town
court on Dec. 10.
Edwin E. Rodriguez, 34, of New Windsor, was charged Nov. 3,
on a bench warrant. He was released to a third party.
