HOLIDAY www.midcountycoop.com ® Page 7 Holiday ® Stationstore - Running strong By now you may know that the con- struction project involving Hwy 212/Hwy 284/Cty Rd 53 has been completed. The road closure during the months of August, September and October made it a chal- lenge for our custom- ers to make their way to the store; we want to thank everyone for continuing to do busi- ness with us. During the road clo- sure, we decided it was a good time to make an investment ourselves. A new touch free car wash was installed in the right bay of the building. We painted the inside of both the self- serve and automatic bays as well as the outside of the building and are installing a new canopy. We look forward to serving all of our customers, especially with the winter weather and salt on the way. Don’t forget, your Holiday Stationstore in Cologne is more than a gas, diesel and coffee stop. We are your local “little gro- cery store”. Come check out the expand- ed grocery section which includes many staple food items, milk, eggs and even greeting cards. We continue to expand our offers to serve you better. If there is a product you would like us to carry, please let us know. When you stop by, be sure to congratu- late our new Assistant Manager, Nicole Miller. Nicole started working for us over five years ago. She is a great asset to our Holiday Stationstore. We are proud to be part of the com- munity and look forward to celebrating 20 years in business next spring. We have had a store name change about 2 years ago but continue to be locally owned and operated by your cooperative: Mid-County Coop. We look forward to seeing you in the morning, at lunch time, on your way home and late at night when you have a craving for something or just want to rent a movie from Redbox. Holiday® Stationstore - Carwash updates Just in time for the beginning of what may be a very snowy winter, comes a new car wash. We have been working over the past few weeks to update the car wash in order to better serve the community. The wash, located behind the Holiday Station- store, offers both a self-serve and touch free automatic bay. Improvements to the property have included: • Painting the outside of the building • Updating the canopy • Painting the inside of the self-serve and touch free bay • Installing new doors • New car wash system on the touch-free side • New change machine The new touch free wash system offers the customer a more open feel when they are in the bay. The equipment is COLOGNE now mounted on the walls above the car where the other system ran on tracks on the floor. Another feature of the wash is the ultra-sonic sensing which measures the vehicle and allows for more precise water and soap application. Side rocker panel blasting and spot free rinse are just a few of the added features. Stop by and check out our new car wash at the Holiday Stationstore here in Co- logne.
