At this stage acidic contaminants react with the protein rich cotton thereby removing them completely from the fluid. Once filtered, the fluid then enters the heated evaporation chamber where liquid contaminants and gases are evaporated and immediately vented. The unit features a unique patented diffuser plate design, which provides a large heated surface area relative to the volume of fluid – resulting in a thin film evaporation effect removing the precursors to acid formation. After these contaminates are removed, the clean fluid is fed back to the reservoir.
