RICE WITH COCONUT:
Although it is very popular in the Caribbean and coastal areas, it is possible to find it in a restaurant in the interior of the country where fish is sold, since it is the perfect accompaniment, a preparation of rice, coconut, cola or coconut milk, with interesting texture and a unique flavor.
CHICKEN RICE:
It is something like the world famous paella, but only seafood chicken, its consistency is similar and prepared with rice, peas, carrot, paprika, onion, chorizo and beans, can be found in any region of Colombia.

BISTEC OF HORSE
It can be roasted or criollo sauce (sauce based on tomato, onion, paprika and cilantro), the horse steak is a cut of meat that must be cooked for several hours, but it is afterwards tender and delicious.
MAZAMORRA
Once again a soup, being a cundiboyasense preparation to take some of the things that are grown in the region such as beans, turnips, cubes among other things, the meat that made the dish is the corned beef soup that although very different from its Ingredients has a delicious flavor.
