ABSTRACT In this doctoral thesis, the problem of the inclusion of the indigenous peoples of Bolivia to higher university studies is developed considering the democratization of education as a fundamental component of the new paradigm present in the Political Constitution of the State, Well-Living. Bolivia is one of the Latin American countries with the highest number of indigenous people who do not have a standard of living that meets the minimum needs of well-being due to an explicit or covert discrimination from colonial times to the present day. Demonstrable data with the various human development reports submitted by the United Nations Development Agency (UNDP). The creation of indigenous universities (UNIBOL) represents an opportunity for the democratization of university studies for indigenous peoples with characteristics that correspond to complex and transdisciplinary thinking. Man-Society-Nature-Cosmos relationship is constructed and interpreted under the principles of complexity such as self-pity, self-organization, and especially the hologramatic principle that establishes the inclusion of everything in the parts and parts in the whole.
