REVISTA GRAM POSITIVOS 2da. Edición.   Therefore,   we   suggest   that   IMC   provides   enough   evidences   to   pursue   studies   and   suggest   that   the   strain   Trichoderma   asperellum   Th406   is   a   potential   candidate   to   be   used   for   biological   control purposes against M. roreri.    CONCLUSIONS  The   IMC   allow   in   a   quantitative   way   to   detect   and   interpret   antagonic   interaction   between   Microbial   strains   belonging   to   the   Colombian   Germplasm   Bank   of   microorganisms   with   agricultural   purposes,   such   as,   the   Trichoderma   ones.   It   allow   also   to   understand   the   severity   of   the   interaction   against   M.   roreri,   by   which   the   population   was   affected   at   the   biocide   level   after   7   day   application.   Forthcoming   studies   should   include   both   IMC   and   FTIR-   MALDI-TOF-MS   spectrometric analyses.  REFERENCES    Bravo et al., (2011). Use of IMC to characterize oxalotrophic activity. FEMS Ecology Microbiology.      35
