MG Car Club of South Australia
PRESIDENTS REPORT
From.. .Adrian Ward
H
i Members and Friends
seek to enhance and
keep the MG Marque
alive and well.
If you haven't congratulated Tim
Edmonds on his Life Membership,
please remember to do so as this is a
most prestigious award.
Our very best wishes to Peter Auld who
is recovering from throat surgery. Peter
and wife Christine are long time active
members of the Club and proud owners
of two absolutely immaculate MG's. We
look forward to seeing you both very
soon.
The Conditional Registration or Historic
Registration as we know it, has taken
effect, and you would have noticed that
the rules have been relaxed somewhat
as outlined in the July Magazine. How-
ever, if you have any queries regarding
this please contact either Geoff Goode
or Arthur Ruediger who can help.
Best wishes to Lindsay and Karin Caffin
who have shifted to New South Wales,
and were proud owners of a RV8 and an
MGA. The MGA Christmas Dinners will
be sadly missed as will Lindsay's beer
brewing skills !!
It is good news for us that the Shahin
Family have purchased Mallala Mo-
torsport Park and won't be selling it off,
but in fact, will be upgrading the com-
plex which is good for our Members.
Hoping to see you soon in your MG at a
Club Function.
It is pleasing to see that new members
keep joining our Club which is an en-
couraging and healthy sign as we all
Keep on MG'ing.....!!
Regards
Adrian Ward
