MGCC Clubrooms
Monthly General Meetings
Held at 8.00 pm on the second Tuesday of
each month at the Clubrooms. All those who
are interested in MGs are welcome.
“Noggin’ & Natter”
Every Friday night at the Clubrooms. Time:
7.30 pm - ~ 10.00 pm. All welcome for a
chat and a drink. Licensed premises.
Tea and coffee available.
Register Meetings
“T” Reg. First Thursday of each month.
Time: 7.00 for 7.30 pm.start. Venues as
advertised in Register Report. Everyone
welcome - even if you don’t own a Register
vehicle.
MGF Reg. Last Friday of the month at the
clubrooms 7.30pm
MGA/Magnette Reg Bi-monthly on the
third Thursday of the month, starts Jan in
odd numbered months, 7.00 pm for 7.30

ince last month, the new Club Regis-
tration system has come into force
and already a number of members who
own modified cars have taken advan-
tage of the welcome changes, particu-
larly the V8 roadster owners, I heard a
comment from one person who was at a
Services SA branch registering his car
and the clerk pointed out where they
might see 6 or so a month they have
already had a couple of hundred regis-
tering.
We had a visit from Deborah Briggs, GM
of the Sporting Car Club, promoting the
forthcoming Adelaide Mortorsport Festi-
val to be held in December this year, not
much was mentioned about The Ade-
laide Rally which they are also organis-
ing and being conducted over the 7-8-9
December.
Dick Manning is deputy Clerk of Course
at this event and our club will be running
3 stages of the Rally at “ The Bend” Mo-
torsport Park, Tailem Bend, comprising
a quarter mile sprint, a skid pan and an
event on the race track. Dick is “rallying”
support from our members to assist this
stage I have already put my hand up.
We will get free passes to the AMF.
