The Cheenavalae or Chinese fishing nets of
Kochi still stand – as but one testament to those times.
Consider experiencing all the subtle flavours and aromas of China together under one roof, quite like it would have been in the royal kitchens of yore. That would be a privilege reserved for Chinese Royalty where, centuries-old secret recipes from across the length and breadth of the Chinese empire regaled the princely palate in the Forbidden City.
