We proudly joined 5000 + people at Victoria ’ s premier arts and culture festival to celebrate inclusion and diversity .
People from all ages had access to 130 + different stalls for a day filled with fun , arts and music .
We were thrilled to be there to talk about our safe and inclusive services we have for LGBTIQA + people and initiatives we lead to support rainbow health .
We ’ re committed to safe spaces for LGBTIQA + people who generally experience poorer mental and physical health and are less likely to access support or services due to fear of discrimination .
Merri Health is a proud rainbow-accredited organisation that welcomes people who identify as LGBTIQA + to access our inclusive services .

Queer Crew is a safe space for LGBTIQA + carers to form meaningful social connections and a chance to talk , learn , share and collaborate .
The group meets on the last Friday of each month from 10:30am-12pm .

Safe space for young LGBTIQA + carers
Rainbow Young Carers provides an opportunity for young LGBTIQA + carers ( aged 12 to 25 ) to take a break from your caring role and just be you .
You can also join fun activities , make new friends and share your experiences with other young carers in the rainbow community .
