CREATING A CULTURE OF PHILANTHROPY
The Mercy in Motion Campaign inspired alumni, faculty, staff, trustees, committee members, community leaders and legislators, neighbors, and friends to unite and support GMercyU’ s vision of becoming the Catholic university leader in professional and healthcare education.
This was evident by the more than $ 1.5 million in annual giving and the 3,585 donations of $ 100 or less raised throughout the duration of the Campaign.
This record-setting support culminated in bi-annual Giving Day events, which totaled $ 149,669, throughout the duration of the Campaign.
# GriffinTuesday, GMercyU’ s version of the national day of giving # GivingTuesday, and the Spring Day of Giving events supported the University ' s annual fund, which helps fuel GMercyU’ s greatest needs, supports faculty professional development, elevates student life experiences, and enhances academic programs.
