Chef’s
Christmas Tip
"Get someone else
to do it! Failing that, be
prepared and don’t overcomplicate things. Cook
dishes that make you and
your family happy – it’s all
about great flavours and
quality ingredients."

MENU
Let this Club take the
stresses of Christmas
cooking so you can relax.
Cosy Clubs pride themselves on offering informal
eating and drinking in eccentrically decorated
vintage venues that recall both the British empire
and the village hall. Their festive feast kicks off
with tapas to share, settles down to classics with
a twist and after indulgent puddings comes to a
triumphant finish with an optional cheese course.
There will be plenty of opportunity to party
afterwards with a well-appointed bar and pages
of cocktails to choose from.

Talking
Turkey
Chef Adam
Hughes talk us
through dinner
Q. What’s your favourite dish on your
Christmas menu this year and why?
A. Our pot-roast cherry orchard pork
belly; the red cabbage is spiced with
cinnamon and star anise.
Q. Sum up your Christmas menu:
A. The Cosy Club Christmas menu
is a traditional festive feast, served in
an alternative way. Sharing tapas to
start, an indulgent main course and a
delicious dessert to end with.
Q. What should we order if we want
something a bit different?
A. The sharing tapas is an alternative
to usual starters. The chorizo sausage
rolls, smoked salmon Bellini and
popcorn brie never fail to surprise!
Q. How do you do your turkey?
A. Our turkey dish is Sussex
turkey and smoked bacon pie.
Q. Which of your Christmas side
dishes never fails?
www.menu-dorset.co.uk
A. It wouldn’t be Christmas dinner
with sprouts – done imaginatively
they really add a special something.
Q. What would you have for dessert?
A. The chocolate fondant,
cheesecake and the plum pudding!
Q. What can you expect from the
Cosy Club this Christmas?
A. Our menu mixes things up a bit
and our imaginative approach to
festive dining should satisfy foodies!
