P
amphill Dairy is owned by the Richards family
who have been farming in the area for 150
years. As you may have guessed, Pamphill
started life as a dairy farm, but the original venture has
been joined by a parlour café, farm shop and butchery
all providing locally sourced and homemade goods.
The brands in the farm shop are all local suppliers;
Conker Gin, Dorset Spice Shed, New Forest Chocolate,
Ma Bolton gluten-free pastry mixes, Tea Pigs, Dorset
Brewing Company, Lyme Bay Wines just to name a few.
Visitors come to Pamphill for homemade, fresh food
and the fact that it is close to Bluebell Woods which
makes it an ideal lunch spot for walkers. The farm
shop is also one of the only shops in the area to retain
COOK freezers which supply high-quality ready meals,
and the high-class family butcher provides all local
meats including traditional sausages and faggots.
