Furleigh Martini

A true taste of Dorset, this
is my go-to martini cocktail
and the perfect excuse to
finish a bottle of Furleigh
Estate off! The asparagus
is very seasonal so switch
it up with samphire or even
a pickled onion.

In an ice-filled mixing
glass add 25ml Bacchus
Dry, 60ml Conker gin and
stir until ice forms on the
glass. Strain into a chilled
martini glass and garnish
with a pickled spear of
asparagus.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients
Method
540ml Black Cow
Vodka
15ml Nectar Pedro
Ximenez
35ml espresso
3 coffee beans
Sugar to taste
Shake ingredients together
vigorously over ice. Pour
into a martini glass and
garnish with the three
coffee beans.
