Christmas. B ut now we celeb rate
the bou ntif ul festive seaso n a

oppo r tu nit y to welcome sprouts
back into ou r lives. It ’s good to see

Small sprouts are more
tender and have a sweeter
taste. The larger ones have
an altogether more cabbagey
flavour. Choose wisely.
