Stress is a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life. Everyone has felt stress in their life one way or another, even teens expierience stress. Teens could be stressed out about school, their parents, friends, lack of life skills, personal thoughts, sports, work, dating, and even body image. If you feel that you are under stress some warning signs are Headaches, muscle tension, neck pain, back pain,Upset stomach, andDry mouth. To reduce stress you can think positively, change your emotional response, embrace your spirituality, protect your time, keep life aspects in balance, try meditation keep your cool, and talk to friends.
